Pheasant Run is a 55 and up active adult community in NJ built in 1987 consisting of 379 single family homes.  The homes range in size from 1,300 – 2,000 square feet. They are priced from the low $200’s. 

There is a clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, exercise room, tennis courts and a social club.

In 2006, 13 homes were sold for $200,000 - $245,000.
