Pavillion

The Pavillion located in Brick, New Jersey is a 55 and older active adult community. It has many amenities, including a variety of clubs, a community room, outdoor pool and tennis courts.

The Pavillion consists of 93 single family homes and 88 townhomes. They range in size from about 1,236 – 1,460 square feet. They are priced from the mid to high $200's. In 2006, 5 homes sold for between $230,000 and $305,000.
