Holiday City Heights

Holiday City – Silver Ridge consists of the following communities:

Silver Ridge Park (East)
Silver Ridge Park (West)
Silver Ridge Park (Westerly Extension)
Silver Ridge Park (North)

Each has its own homeowner association and amenities. There is also bus transportation to the local shopping areas. Maintenance of the homes in Silver Ridge is the responsibility of the homeowner. The Westerly Extension and North, have in ground pools.

The homes are single-story, detached on a crawl space. Prices range from approximately $140,000 to $300,000.

In 2006, 94 homes sold for between $120,000 - $260,000.
