It has 2 club houses one that is 9,622 square feet and one that is 15,000 square feet. They feature an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, gyms, tennis courts, horseshoe area, bocce area, chipping and putting greens and a sports lounge. There are also walking paths on the grounds.

In 2006 two homes were sold for between $335,000 – $345,000.
