There are 1,951 homes The community requires that residents be 55 years of age. All residences are single family homes.

There are 600 homes in Greenbriar II and there are many activities that the residents enjoy.

This NJ adult community is well maintained and there is a fine Clubhouse wherein many of the activities occur. The various regulations imposed are directed toward harmony in the community and maintaining the value of properties. If there is such a thing as the perfect retirement community, Greenbriar II is the fine model.
